baby acne?

Is this baby acne? My baby is just barely over a month old and two days ago she started getting these red dots all over her head (even had them on her scalp, eyelids, and ears) and some on her neck. I haven't changed detergent (use dreft for her clothes and tide gentle for ours). No other changes I can think of to indicate a reaction of any sort. No fever. Not sure if it's just baby acne or possibly a rash or something I should take her in for.
