breast milk
How long can breast milk that ha been thawed from the freezer be out? I like to pack a bottle with us when we are out and about and can't seem to find a straight answer on this anywhere I look. I've seen 1 hour and I've seen a million other answers. 1 hour seems so short how are you sopposed to go anywhere and have milk ready??
