A child saying your pregnant

So long story short my goddaughter keeps saying that I'm having a baby. I was told she keeps saying this and a couple nights ago I said something to her about her aunt and uncle having a baby and she says no you are! Now my bf and I was talking about it and I think maybe cause I am a plus size woman that she thinks that could be why she keeps saying it. Anyone have some I insight or similar situation.

I should add that I don't think I am pregnant nor do I want to be right now. Just wasn't sure what it could mean that she has said that. This is in no way a desperate post wishing that I am!
