Breasts on🔥 late AF

I'm late this month my boobs are on fire and have mild pain in them. Lately food hasn't been so appealing like I can't finish food at all. I've had like white stuff in my underwear and in the toilet.. Not sure what that means.. I feel as if I'm pregnant but scared to test bc the last 3 months I've gotten bfn 😢. Anyone go through this too? I just need advice/help plz!!
