PUPP/Hives

I'm having another hives breakout or whatever this is! Please somebody have a remedy to soothe this I'm completely MISREABLE. Talking to my doc tomorrow to ask about PUPP. But this is my first breakout since last night!! So itchy and hot feeling. Just pale welps all over my back and sides...and then they disappear after awhile and pop back up somewhere else 😭😩😥 I just need something to soothe it!! Btw I have no known allergies to anything and never have before, also no soaps, lotions, or laundry detergent changes
