Herbal tea?

So many mixed reviews! What are your guys views on herbal teas? Ill askvmy mid wife too but wanted to see what you guys thought

Some are safe others are not especially in the first trimester as some contain ingredients that can make your belly contract, and possibly cause miscarriage in the first trimester. I would reccomend googling herbal teas safe during pregnancy and you should come across a list.

I drink it in moderation-maybe a few cups a week. I love peach tea with honey. Also peppermint is good for morning sickness or upset tummies/gas and tastes delicious not to mention freshens your breath if you're puking a lot lol.
