my first job

So I'm 16 1/2 and I just got a job 11/07 and so far I've only worked 12 hours total (3 days ) 1 each week and my manager I feel like she underestimates me..  I try my hardest to do my job right which is not like I mess up every two seconds. Idk if I should quit already honestly . I'm not even getting hours this week . How is that even helping me get the hang of it.
