Breast implants?

Question

Here's the deal:  I've always had small boobs. Like, REALLY small. Like, I barely fill a 32A kinda small. It used to bother me when I was in highschool, but as I got older I learned to love myself for who I am and embrace the body Nature gave me. I am generally a pretty confident person, always encourage others to have body positivity, and I'm a flaming feminist. 
BUT, after breastfeeding 2 kids, my 32As have practically disappeared. There are 12 year old boys who probably have bigger boobs than me. I'm still very confident for the most part, and my husband and I have pretty good sex (considering busy lives, young kids etc). But as we get older I wonder if we could be having even better sex (and more) if my boobs were bigger. My husband of course would never dare say anything about them, but I truly do think he would love bigger boobs, and I think I would too. In a way, I feel like having bigger boobs would be more "me" - because I am very comfortable with my body, and still have a pretty high sex drive, I could do with bigger boobs, you know what I mean?
So..... what say you, Glow Community, should I start seriously looking into getting implants??

They absolutely changed my confidence in THAT area of my body. I love them, my hubby is OBSESSED WITH them. Tight dresses look amazing. My clevage is insane. I have standing clevage while topless. Bathing suits look siiiiiick. But this all comes with very real downsides.
My biggest problems now:
big comfy sweaters or loose trendy tank tops look like a tent on me, tight on boobs but huge at waist. Unless a top is form fitting I can't wear it. Not good on bloated days.
Tops are hard to find, VERY HARD to find
They are heavy
I feel like my shoulders look wider
Scarves look weird
Cardigans look weird
My torso looks shorter
I lost that chic look smaller breasts have
Things r tight on my boobs
When I have pms n they swell I feel Dawgs the bounty hunters wife ....super boobage.
I feel inappropriate in a bikini around my hubby's family...like they r too much.

I'm very aware of them constantly.

Same thing happened to me. I got implants and I LOVE THEM. Totally what I wanted and needed.
