Preterm Labor stopped, appointment today:

Since they stopped my 3 minute apart contractions Saturday night they have been every 30 minutes. I had my appointment today where they ruled out Braxton Hicks, they just aren't causing cervical progression "fast". They said when I have 4 contractions in an hour they will be able to intervene again. Until then I am on moderate bed rest/light activity. When she did my cervical check she said she could feel baby's head so she placed her hand on my stomach and rechecked and sure enough he moved from the poke. 😂 I thought it was kind of cute and funny but she wanted to make sure how open it was not to just poke him.
She said she doesn't feel I'll go to Fullterm; even 37 weeks.
My question is how long can I remain at 1 cm with the contractions? I'm trying to keep him in 😔 and would it matter if on his growth scan, he was measuring 9 days ahead based on his measurements? Will that give him a better chance if he's born soon?
