Yeah that definitely looks like a miscarriage. Take a pregnancy test and see if it's positive, you could always go to the DR too and they could do blood work, also make sure you don't have any tissue left in you that can cause an infection.

If it was a misscarrige you can still take a pregnancy  test and it should still come up positive if you were pregnant, my misscarrige looked a lot like this.
