Discharge? Or what?

Okay so it's only certain times. But it happens the most when I'm standing up and moving around or laughing and coughing.

But it legit feels like I'm peeing myself! But it's coming out of my vagina.! And it has no odor that I can smell. And it's super super thin. Not even mucus-like and completely clear no color to it.... very strange.! It's annoying. And I don't know when it's gonna happen so I don't usually wear a panty liner! But it's so uncomfortable to me when it happens! I feel like I've pissed myself. Seriously! Anyone know wtf this could be? Fertility cycle ? Anything ? Let me know if anyone has the same problem ! I need answers.
