Picking up heavy stuff

When I was pregnant with my daughter my job wouldn't allow me to pick up anything heavy. I couldn't even pick up a gallon of paint (I worked in a hardware store) now with this pregnancy things are different. My FIL and MIL bought 2 gas stations that I now work in. Im only 7 weeks pregnant but feel like picking up cases of coke and heavy trash bags and picking up the mop bucket to empty it or our big tea pitchers to empty, isn't good... Am I right? I have one Co-worker who will fuss if I pick am up but the other ones including my FIL and MIL don't seem to care???
