need help!

So I'm getting very discouraged with BF my son...I've done everything to increase my supply! But nothing is working if anything it seems like my supply has decreased. I've been giving him more formula then breast milk because I just can't seem to produce what I need to be. I don't want to stop BF but it's just getting to the point where I'm stressing that I'm not producing what I can for him. It makes me feel like I'm failing as a mom. Any tips? Encouragement? 😞
