something isn't right..

I had a normal period last month, after my normal flow i put my nuvaring back in. As it was time for take out this time for my period.. it was late, I got it 3 days later than expected but this time it was irregular like I've never seen with my 2 year experience with nuvaring. I've been spotting very light, it started off pink.. then ended brown spotting followed by light cramping, tender breast, back pain, and headaches. I won't lie, My boyfriend and I have been irresponsible with unprotected sex. I have endometriosis.. getting pregnant is really hard for people like me.. is it possible??
