37w3d baby having seizures?!?

Im wondering if this happens to anyone else because im a FTM and Im concerned. 😣 For like the third time (not on the same days) Ive felt this super random crazy shaky flutter. It only lasts a couple seconds like towards the top right side of my belly. It doesnt hurt but it feels/looks like a very violent shake. What can it be???😟

It's baby stretching and when it stretches it's little muscles shake. My firstborn did this all the time too and it worried me. He's a healthy almost two year old now who is very active. I first discovered what it was when we took him to his 3 week check up after being born. He was naked laying on the scale and he stretched a little leg out straight and it shook almost like it was vibrating. The exact same thing he did in my belly. I told me pediatrician "that's what he did in the womb!" She said yes it's very normal. Babies get so cramped in there and when they try to stretch their little limbs can shake causing that weird feeling we get.

This has been happening to me a lot lately, I'm just over 28 weeks but baby has measured ahead this whole time and is measuring 29 weeks. I'm very petite but don't remember this with my other 2 granted my oldest is 9 and youngest 7 so it's been awhile. But so glad you asked this. It feels like she's throwing a fit in their at times. Like someone els said baby is running out of room which makes sense to me. Still freaky when it happens tho!

Could be baby just trying to get comfortable. Could be hiccups. Baby is running out of room at this stage, so their movements are pretty dramatic. If you're concerned, talking to your doc wouldn't hurt 🙂
