leaking nipples??

Tonight I woke up in the middle of the night to get a drink and when I stood up out of bed, I noticed there was a small wet patch on my nighty (like a drop) right where my left nipple is. Out of curiosity, I squeezed my boob a bit and it started dripping (a large amount) of clear, kind of sticky fluid. Tried lightly squeezing the other, and the same thing but a bit less. I know this is completely normal in pregnancy but I'm only 16 weeks and 3 days pregnant? Should I be worried? Sorry if this question sounds silly! First pregnancy!
