endometriosis and other questions

So I've had my period for about 8 years now and I've only been on birth control for about two. I've noticed recently that my periods have been slowly going back to how bad they were before getting on the pill. I have insane cramping, can bleed through a super tampon in under a hour, and be totally exhausted after getting a good nights rest. I recently have a lot of pain in my lower right abdomen with like small lumps thinking maybe ovarian cysts. I also think I have ibs but the inter webs claim ibs and endometriosis can have similar symptoms. Can anyone tell me more about it before I go to my gyno?
