Sterilization/Permanent birth control

Please advise. I had two c sections. I've had and still have PCOS and suffered for 17 years life taking pills and from irregular/heavy bleeding etc. PCOS literally killed me all these years. I don't want to undergo another surgery or mess up my hormones again. I read mixed reviews about copper IUD too. I'd like to talk to my husband about vasectomy. Pls vote your experience or suggestion. Thank you!
