fell down?

Was walking my dog yesterday and he saw another dog and took off. Tried to stop him ended up fallin on my side. I'm 20 weeks pregnant with my first so I'm worried. I didnt fall on my stumache just my side. Cought my self with my arm I'm a little bruised up but nothing bad. I still feel the baby move no bleeding or pains. Should I call my dr to go in? I don't know?

I had the same thing happen with me around 20 weeks. I didn't go to the doctor because I felt normal movement but I think you should trust your mommy instincts and get checked out if you are worried.

FYI- I'm now 35 weeks and baby is healthy.

Call your dr for sure. It's probably fine but they may want to ultrasound you.

My doctor was adamant that if I ever fell, no matter how little or non serious it felt, to always call.

I go by the saying " you fall, you call" better to be safe . Hope you're feeling better and sorry that happened to you.
