Throat help

I know none of y'all are doctors and I plan on going tmrw to be checked out. Anyone know what this is and why?? Had a cold the a small cough and now its a bad cough sore throat headache all the time and when I go to drink or eat it feels like razor blades on my tongue and hurts really bad
