Advice needed

Okay I don't want any rude answers I'm looking for advise on my current situation.

December 2nd I found out I was pregnant and by December 10th I was in the er with my second ectopic. They told me that my body passed this one on its own however after my next period I have to go have a dye injected into my tube. Mind you I only have 1 tube due to having an ectopic pregnancy before. I don't know much about the test they want to preform on my tube. Ladies is there anything that can help me get through this.

This was my fiances first experience with all of this. He blames it on himself. I don't completely know how to comfort him and get him to understand that it wasn't his fault. I was incoherent for most of the doctors talking but he was there listening to it all.

How do I get myself through all of this. And get him to calm down with blaming himself?
