Does Fenugreek work?

Question

Anyone have success using fenugreek? I'm producing enough to satisfy my daughter but I'm returning to work soon and am having difficulty building a freezer stash. We nurse on demand and breast sleep. I'm also pumping often, drinking plenty of water, and eat a large bowl of oatmeal every morning. Any other suggestions welcomed! Thanks!

Try some flax seed. I made lactation cookies that call for flax seed and i really think it helped. You can add to other things to and it can also be used as an egg replacement in recipes (like pancakes and stuff) so its easy to sneak into stuff

I'm taking fenugreek and blessed thistle, three capsules three times a day. Went from pumping dry to now pumping 1-2 ounces in 10 minutes. Good luck!
