When to start opk's after miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage a couple of weeks ago and was wondering when I should start using opk's again. I want to have 1 or 2 cycles before we try again but obviously still want to track as I don't want to take a form of contraception.

I've heard to start taking opks when you end your period... But everyone is different.

My OPK's were positive for like 2 weeks after MC because of leftover hCG. Once I got a negative opk I knew hCG was zero. I got a (real) positive OPK exactly 4 weeks after MC

Have you had AF since the mc? It took me a month to decide to ttc again and I couldn't even come on here to track so I didn't. I was also recovering from complications though. I started OPKS the day after my AF stopped when I decided to ttc again. My Dr & the ER told me to wait anywhere from 1-3 cycle before we started ttc again. It was close to 2 cycles before we started having sex again. It's been 4 months since we started again and nothing so far for us.
