Okay so me and my boyfriend were treated for chlamydia at different times. Him before me, we had sex after then I got treated. Well today he let me know that he's having symptoms again. How could he get it again even though we both go treated

It's because you didn't get treated @ the same time. If you both had it & he got treated - he was clean. BUT you had it & you guys had sex before you got treated, so you basically gave it back to him. You guys both need to get treated at the same time. lol he's not cheating.
