Omg today I took my first dose of vitamin D tablet, it's 50 000 units.. I feel so sick in the stomach and I can't breath properly! I need to take them once every two weeks, and I can't stop taking them because my Vitamin D is so low ! Idk what to do? Anyone expirenced this
