Just weird!

Y'all I need some advice...AF was due 12/16 and I have yet to see her or signs of her. First day of last AF was 11/19. All I keep getting are BFNs. Is there something wrong with me?? I'm trying to decide if a call to my OBGYN is necessary or if she will think I'm insane and I should just wait and test again this weekend? I had a MC in September (with two D&Cs) and had two AFs in Nov. What should I do???
