tooth infection help

So before anything I'm already making an appointment to see my Dentist but she won't be back till after the holidays :( 

So I have a broken tooth since before I was pregnant (5 months now) and I didn't know because of that I've had an infection it didn't hurt or didn't get swollen so I wasn't aware till one day I notice I had a bubble filled with puss next to it (nasty sorry) so I'm sure I've had it all my pregnancy is this going to affect the baby in any way I'm really worried that I can't sleep thinking what harm this has caused the baby
