Cramps 😩😩
I'm in Hawaii for vacation, and I started and cramping badly. I don't have any medicine with me and I'm out and about until later. I looked at Wikihow, and they said to put pressure on my abdomen for 10 seconds and that isn't helping. I don't know what'll work, does anyone have any suggestions? Please and thank you 🙏🏻
