any nurses here? stomach bug! advice please?

Hello, Christmas Day my little girl started to feel yucky and eventually started puking. Whatever stomach bug she had was passed to me! Monday I started to have tummy cramps, vomiting, loose stools, cold chills, hot flashes, cold sweats. Every thing I ate and drank came right back up. I stopped puking Monday night or earlier hours Tuesday morning. Every since I've been have terrible bloating! Today I'm having almost constant diarrhea, it's kind of a pale yellow. Is this normal? Adding anonymously because of how embarrassing the situation is!
