Does anyone know what this means? The whole right side of my throat and head is throbbing and I can barely move my head/neck.

Looks like tonsillitis to me! See a doctor. Will give antibiotics or recommend having them removed :)

To me this looks like quinsy ... it can be very serious as you can see by the picture your tonsils are so swollen it's practically blocking your air way!! You need to see a doctor to be started on anti biotics !! ASAP

You need to get that taken care of! My tonils were that swollen at one point from having strep so many times they were permanently swollen blocking my airway and I had to have them taken out.
