Weird side effects to being pregnant...

So I am around 7 weeks pregnant and I have my next appointment is Jan. 10th. I been having weird symptoms/side effects...achy underneath my arms, achy like I have the flu, achy in my neck region, dizziness and lightheadedness (if that's a word haha). I've googled these and there are other women that have experienced them. I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced these symptoms or have any other weird side effects/symptoms. FYI we have been trying for over a year and a half, had a miscarriage in July, but finally pregnant again and hoping/praying for the best!
