What healthy sexuality is to me

First of all, what it isn't: it isn't throwing yourself at everything, and it isn't being a nun. A person must have self respect and be strong enough to stand up for what they want and their boundaries. They won't have sex with people who are disrespectful or unkind (or who you don't know you can trust). They see their body as their own and only search for their own approval. They are very honest with partners, and honor their boundaries. They tend to their health. They don't feel disgusted about sex, or compelled to have it, but simply enjoy it.
I didn't mention what precisely a person was in to, or how they dressed, or their gender, or orientation, or political beliefs, or religion... It's all about how you feel about yourself and others.
