breastfeeding & pumping

I'm a new mom of a 1 month old and having trouble juggling both BF and pumping. She eats between every 1.5 hours to 3.5 right now. And she nursed between 10 - 30 minutes. I'm still working on increasing my supply but it seems like I can't get into a routine. By the time she feeds, burp, change diaper, play a little if it's during the day or rock her to sleep I can't find time to pump. I'm also worried if I pump and she wakes up 10-15 minutes after that I won't have anything in there? Also - do y'all feed in 1 breast at a time and alternate at next feeding? Do you do both? I tend I do one at a time and try to pump the other. Any suggestions?
