How can I help myself?
At the moment I'm falling deeper and deeper into these food issues. I've drastically lost weight and keep losing more; which makes me happy for a short period of time but then only Spurs me on to eat less. My whole life is just consumed by exercise, anxiety and guilt that I even want food. Everyone is worried and frustrated with me for not eating but it's not that easy! I don't know how to overcome this and honestly I'm scared to.
