pain while squatting with weights
I have been weight training for 10 months before I became pregnant. My obgyn gave me a green light to continue doing all my exercises .. and I've been doing so I'm now almost 11 weeks and this AM I attempted to squat 85lbs my norm and experienced pelvic pain I lowered the weights and still pain- has anyone experienced this ? If so were you able to continue trying to lift ? Did The pain get worse? I.e.
