High risk HPV 16

So I got a call saying my pap was abnormal and they detected I have a high risk hpv 16. I went for a pap just 8 weeks after having my 3rd son. All other paps were normal. Im scheduled for a colposcopy the 26 of this month. Has anyone experienced being told that you had high risk hpv 16 and went for a colposcopy and had fine results with that test. I'm freaking out. I don't even know what to ask my doctor when I go for the colposcopy.
