SEX WITH HIV + MAN?

So o had sex with this guy (FWB) He kept constantly changing condoms the first one he didn't cum yet and he was looking for a hole in the condom and when I asked him what was going on and why he changed the condom so fast he said "the lube was wearing off" I said Okay'm and then he changed it again after he came I understand that he did that but why was he changing it so much. And after having sex the first round we were laying in the bed and talking and I asked him out of random if he ever had an STD he said no I never had one. But he said he goes get tested at the clinic he gets a urine test and a blood test for HIV/AIDS and then I got this weird feeling about this guy could he have HIV/AIDS . Ladies I'm not sure how to feel about this situation. Am I too worried about it? Let me know how you feel about this one.
