Boyfriend comes home after doing g 5 years in prison should I let him move in with me he has no where to go

Does he not have access to a halfway house? I'd personally be hesitant as sometimes jail can change someone or they may end up being a repeat offender.

Check to see if he has the option of being in a halfway house. Find out for yourself, not from him. I think it'd be better for him to go there instead of living with you for right now. You don't want him to get comfortable and become lazy.
