drinking since 13
I have a friend who's been heavy drinking since she was 13 years old with her family. We are 19 now and she just just now trying to quit to help with her depression. Any advice? I'd love to hear from y'all so I can help. She's not taking it very seriously though, she said she's trying to "slowest ease off of drinking" so she still plans on drinking...
when you stop drinking do you do it all at once or ease off of it???
