normal discharge?

When I shower I don't use soap to wash my vagina because the doctors say it's not recommended since it kills the good bacteria. But when I shower I have this pastey white discharge in between my lips that I have to slide off. It's not that normal slimey clear discharge. It's more thick. Is this normal ?

I have the same thing! I feel like maybe it's just discharge and maybe a bit of toilet paper or something but I don't wipe hard. So maybe just a lot of discharge and it gets stuck there. Every time before I let someone eat me out I use a cloth to clean myself unless I just showered within like 3 hours. I'm picky.

I get the same type of white pasty discharge in between my lips, and I wash my 🐱 with soap. As long as it doesn't have a super weird smell or anything abnormal, I think it's fine.
