Announcement stress rant

I've said all along that we would publicly announce after our successful 12 week ultrasound.  That appointment is on Monday so I've been trying to get something good together for our announcement.  We've already told close family and friends, so this really is for everyone else/keepsake.  I REALLY want something memorable and of quality.  There are so many adorable pictures and ideas around the internet, and I thought I found one that met my expectations and fit our personality.  I tried finding a professional photographer but that was my first mistake - I waited too long and nobody was available on a weeks notice.  We decided it would be just as fine to have a friend take a photo, which we attempted today.  Our 'location' is public and was blocked by an unknown van ALL day so we had to find something else last-minute.  Our 'props' weren't available in the form we expected so I spent money on something that would have done the job but was not ideal.  The pictures our friend took were good - clear and exactly how I asked them to be.  But I literally cried when I saw them - they came out nothing like I anticipated.  On top of that I have self esteem issues and generally hate pictures of myself (I can't even look in the mirror without experiencing minor anxiety). So I am incredibly stressed about what we are going to do for an announcement with only a couple days before our anticipated deadline.  My husband keeps telling me not to worry but I just want to cry and my chest literally hurts whenever I think about it.  Nothing is helped by my mom continually asking me about when she can start telling her friends.  Has anyone else experienced anything like this?  Am I over-reacting because of all these pregnancy hormones?  Does anyone have and cute and creative ideas for announcements without pics of mom/dad included that could be done by someone without and photography skill?  Ugh... this is probably the worst I've physically felt in my pregnancy thus far!  Rant over. 😕
