shit... I shouldn't have taken that 😳

So I am 8w and I have an AWFUL cold. DH was so sweet and bought me a humidifier since I'm trying to be anti-medication through this cold. He was trying to be helpful and got me the cough surpresant liquid that goes in the water of the humidifier. Welllllllll I had it on all night, and for some reason I felt the urge to read the directions and ingredients. I didn't recognize "camphor" but after a quick google it looks like most professionals say it's absolutely not safe for the baby. 😑😑😑 help. Has anyone ever experienced this first hand?  I didn't really use too much of it but I'm not really familiar with how exactly it works. Any advice is helpful!! Thanks ladies!!
