Do you judge a pregnant woman who is too thin?
I usually assume that very thin women are that way naturally, but then a girl confided in me that she "felt fat" while pregnant and was basically starving herself (and the baby) to "look like a sexy pregnant chick not some fat pig"....now when I look at extremely thin pregnant women I wonder.
