A real controversy: how do you like your bacon?

Personally I won't eat bacon unless it's floppy. My husband likes his crunchy so I don't let him cook mine or he burns it. I just feel like crunchy bacon just crumbles in your mouth and has no flavor.

I cook mine until it's just past cooked through, sprinkle some brown sugar on it (there's just something about sweets + pork that I love) and it's just 🔥
