baby costs..$$$

So let's say I'm not getting loads of handydowns and wanted to buy some new things for my baby... how much have people spent if you added it all together? I'm talking stroller, crib, car seat, pack n play, month of diapers, etc. I'm trying to get a somewhat realistic number of how much everything will cost for the start up .. obvi first time mom here. And I know there are awesome fb garage sales and thrift stores out there and I will probably use them.. but for now I want to see if I bought the big stuff new where I'd be at. Anyone care to share?
