Advice to bring on labor????

So my dr gave me the ok to start Monday trying to bring on labor. I'm having contractions constantly but not dilating. He said he will deliver the babies if I start dilating but can't schedule a csection any sooner per hospital rules. I'm looking for any advice any of you ladies have tried that works. I'm desperate at the moment carrying 40 lbs all in my belly of 2 babies and all the extra stuff. The ultrasound today showed they are so crammed she couldn't even measure them😞 so come Monday I'm gonna try my best to get the ball rolling. Help me out ladies please.
