Nuvaring

Hey. I have a 9 week old baby and after my postpartum. My doctor placed me on Nuvaring. The dr even inserted it that day because he said it would stop my bleeding from the post partum. So I took it out Thursday because that's when I was supposed to and it's Saturday and no period. 🙀 how long does it take for it to come? I don't wanna be pregnant and I just had a baby. What do I do?!!
