I'm worried they will forbid me

So I finally went on a date with this guy I met on tinder who is two years old than me (I'm 18) and we had a great time. I told my parents I was going to a party with a friend because I was worried they would freak out about me meeting someone I didn't know. We plan on going out again, but I don't want to keep lying to my parents because it just makes it stressful. How should I tell them?
