Need some opinions please

Okay ladies so here's the situation .... Today makes the 4th day of me bleeding which usually I would think it's my period but the blood is a pinkish color and very light compared to my period. My original thought was it's implantation bleeding the reason being that I've been feeling unusual. Here's my symptoms

1. ovary is swollen

2. Lightheaded/ dizzy

3. Pain/pressure in my lower abdominal(Not consistent)

4. Kinda feel like I'm not here (if that makes any since)

5. Tender breast

My I add that I had unprotected sex on ovulation(yes we both know what the consequences of not using protection)and it started a week before my period should start. I thought about it being my period coming early but I feel like it's something different. Also I thought about it being an eptopic pregnany but that doesn't usually happen until 6-8 weeks after missing your period any opinions? Also my partner is a twin and twins run on his side of the family and I heard that your implantation bleeding tends to last longer with twins.
