Should I take Plan B?

Hey guys.

So I had sex with my new boyfriend tonight (Sunday). I am on Lo Loestrin Fe 1 mg/10mcg. I have been for about 4 to 5 months. I take it at the exact same time. Last week, I started a new pack, but I also had major head and chest congestion. I had a steroid shot to the hip last Monday on the 9th, and was given 6 pills of Azithromycin 250 mg. I finished that pack Friday the 13th. We used a condom tonight, however, it was on inside out so we flipped it and continued. He did not ejaculate/finish. My concern is possibly getting precum on the condom. I gave him a blow job before wrapping it just in case. I know we should've thrown it away but he insisted it would be fine. He generally doesn't get precum, and tends to be dry. I've never seen it or felt it before. Anyway I'm just concerned. Should I take Plan B? I'm seriously considering it.
